My father is 62 years old, and he is fighting colon cancer.

Just three months ago, he weighed 78 kg. Today, he weighs only 50 kg.

Watching my father lose almost 28 kilograms in such a short time has been one of the most painful experiences of my life.

Before cancer, my father was an active and athletic man. Today, he is struggling with a disease that we simply cannot afford to fight on our own.

I am a freelance filmmaker and director of music videos and commercials in Iran. I have always worked hard to support myself and my family. But because of the war and the devastating economic situation in Iran, my work has almost completely disappeared.

I am currently trying to support my father, my mother, my brother, and myself with almost no income.

We have already spent around $4,000 on my father's treatment. But he urgently needs continued chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and other medical care.

The estimated cost of his treatment is around $30,000 USD.

We simply don't have the money.

Because we cannot afford the next stage of treatment, his treatment has already been delayed, and I am terrified that every day we wait is making his condition worse.

In Iran, medical treatment has become incredibly expensive, especially with the collapse of our currency against the dollar. We have had to pay for hospitalization, tests, medication, and treatment ourselves.

I have done everything I can.

There have been moments when I have even thought about selling my own kidney just to find a way to pay for my father's treatment.

I never thought I would have to ask strangers for help.

But this is my father.

And right now, I am asking for help because I don't know what else to do.

Our goal is $30,000 to help cover his cancer treatment.
